Terms & Conditions:

The safe travel activation is open to any member of the general public residing in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates with the exception of Fine Hygienic Holding’s employees and their immediate family members.
2.
The purchase date of the Travel Kit has to be between the 24th of June 2021 and the 15th of August 2021. Any claims raised by the participant has to have been filed before or on the 22nd of August 2021.
3. The rules of the activation are as follows:
o The participant must show proof of purchase of the 100% Safe Travel Kit (the “Travel Kit”).This will only be accepted as a photo proof of the code on the product leaflet that is in the travel kit. Each “Travel Kit” code will be redeemable once only.
o The participant must show proof of travel. This will only be admitted in the form of a dated boarding pass.
o The participant must show a dated and stamped COVID-19 positive result. The date of the positive COVID-19 result should be later to the date of purchase of the Travel Kit and no later than 3 days after arrival to destination.
4.
The participant must show proof of purchase of boarding passes and/or hotel accommodation.
5.
Fine Hygienic Holding will reimburse the price of the flight tickets for the participant of up to a maximum of $3000 (the “Guarantee”) per entry.

The products in the Travel Kit are hygienic products and are in no way a substitution for vaccination or preventive social distancing measures. Fine Hygienic Holding urges its customers to abide by the health and safety guidelines and regulations of the countries of their residence and at the countries of their destination, and take full necessary precautionary measures, such as (but not limited to): vaccination, wearing a mask, using disinfectants, and other measures advised by the World Health Organization and the concerned authorities. Fine Hygienic Holding will, in no way, be held liable for any damages (whether direct or indirect) as a result of any customer contracting the COVID-19 virus beyond the amount of the Guarantee.
